Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Since most of our items are custom-made to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Personalized, custom, or print-on-demand products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Process:
    To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact our customer service team at [micro.market.shop@gmail.com] with:
    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos of the defective or damaged item.
    • Your order details.
    • We’ll review your request and provide instructions for next steps.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds for defective items will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your custom orders efficiently and reliably.

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed and fulfilled by our Printify partners. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipment.
  • Shipping Options:
    We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
  • Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • International Shipping:
    Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times for international shipping may vary.
  • For deliveries to Packstation (or Paketfiliale/Paketshop) addresses, all of the following criteria must be met:

    1. The order recipient needs to activate their Deutsche Post/DHL account for both options (Packstation and Paketfiliale/Paketshop). Failure to do so may lead to the shipment being returned.
    2. Once activated, they will receive a postal number, which must be entered in either the “First name” or “Last name” line of the address. Failing to comply with this requirement will result in the number not being recognized, leading to the return of the order. The correct address format for a delivery to a Packstation or Paketfiliale/Paketshop is as follows:
      • First name: John Smith
      • Last name: 1234567890 (postal number)
      • Address 1: Packstation 104
      • Zip code: 46282 
      • City: Dorsten
      • Country: Germany

Refund Policy

    Refunds are offered for defective or damaged items. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to production issues, you’ll also be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Processing Time:
    Allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after approval.
  • Partial Refunds:
    In cases where items are partially defective or damaged, partial refunds may be issued.


Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? Here’s how:

  • Cancellation Requests:
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are sent to production and cannot be modified.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders:
    Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins.
